Advisors (Client-Facing Delivery)


Advisors work directly with business owners and senior leaders to diagnose issues, create an executable plan, and drive progress through accountability and metrics.


Advisor Eligibility Requirement


To be considered for an Advisor role at Altaris, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Business Ownership Track Record: Have owned and operated a business generating $2M+ in annual revenue, or
  • Proven Ownership Tenure: Have owned and operated a business for a minimum of 3 years prior to applying

This is a non-negotiable standard. Our clients expect advisors who have real-world experience in the founder seat, not theory.
